We are looking for a Working Student to support our HR Strategy & Innovation team, with a clear focus on HR Governance and the administration of our HR committees. Your core responsibility is to help run our highest HR decision body: you coordinate the sessions, support facilitation, take the minutes, and track decisions & open action items. Beyond this governance focus, you act as a Project Management Office (PMO) across a range of global HR projects - for example in HR Strategy, HR M&A, and the rollout of global HR structures and systems – gaining hands-on project-management experience within a globally operating group.

Your role in our team

  • Coordinate and administer our HR governance bodies, with the HR Council as your main area of responsibility: scheduling, agenda preparation, collation of documents, and alignment with stakeholders
  • Support the facilitation of HR Council sessions and prepare professional minutes, decision logs, and follow-up tracking of open items
  • Prepare our quartly on-site HR councils; occasional travel within Germany should be possible
  • Act as PMO across various global HR projects (HR Strategy, M&A, global HR structures and systems): planning, monitoring, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in business administration, human resources, law, project management, or psychology
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working – essential for committee coordination
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR and committee information
  • Business-fluent in both written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for minutes and documentation
  • Proactive attitude, high willingness to learn, and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany

Your Benefits

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly, either in a hybrid model or on-site at Körber’s headquarters
  • As part of our dynamic team, you’ll gain hands-on experience and be actively involved in all processes
  • You can further deepen your experience in HR project management within an internationally operating technology group
  • State-of-the-art offices and coworking spaces in a central location (approx. 500 m from the Berliner Tor train station)
  • Free fruit and hot/ cold beverages in the office
