What you'll do

• Help design and build practical IT solutions for industrial use, taking work from problem definition through prototyping to reliable implementation
• Collaborate closely with IT and engineering on industrial initiatives, coordinate priorities, agree interfaces and handovers, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned on scope, dependencies and risks
• Support turning shop-floor problems into clear technical tasks and next steps by capturing requirements, defining constraints and success criteria, and planning achievable deliverables and timelines
• Take part in technical discussions and keep solutions grounded in first principles, testing assumptions, comparing options objectively, and recording the rationale behind key design decisions
• By testing your work, documenting results clearly, and sharing your learnings with the team, you support continuous improvement
  
  

Who you are

• Enrolled master’s student in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field), with a strong interest in IT
• You bring industrial know‑how and a solution‑oriented mindset that turns real‑world constraints into practical solutions
• A clear, confident communicator in English, able to consider and integrate different perspectives
• Hands on and pragmatic, you turn ideas into working results
• Grounded in first‑principles thinking, preferring simple, robust solutions over unnecessary complexity
