The Job

Join our Finance Integration Team as a Working Student and help shape the financial operations behind one of Germany’s most visited online classifieds platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and collections processes. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, you report to the Finance Operations Lead.

Job requirements

Who You Are

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and study for at least another year.
• You bring some prior experience in a finance-related role (e.g. internship or working student).
• You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and feel confident handling data.
• You work reliably, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach.
• You're fluent in English; German skills are a strong plus.
  
  

Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Support the Finance Operations team with billing activities, including preparing reports, reconciling data, and processing adjustments.
• Help review payments, customer refunds and chargebacks.
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and collaborating on dunning and collections.
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure financial accuracy.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives for finance operations and compliance.
