Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories – from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

The Team

In our Motors team, you contribute to shaping how millions of users buy and sell cars on Kleinanzeigen. You support strategic initiatives and help drive business growth by working closely with cross-functional teams and our partner mobile.de. Your work directly impacts user experience, partnerships, and the development of one of our key business areas. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to Business Development Owner RE & Motors.

Job requirements

Who You Are

• You are currently enrolled at a German university in business, economics, or a related field and study for at least another year.
• You gained first practical experience, ideally in consulting, e-commerce, or a fast-paced environment.
• You communicate clearly and are fluent in English and German.
• You bring strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and hands-on approach.
• You are comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack.
  
  

Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of business cases and concepts to grow our Motors business in collaboration with mobile.de.
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects across product, marketing, and user experience.
• Gather and analyze data to derive insights on business performance and identify opportunities.
• Support the management of existing and new partnerships (e.g. financing, payments, insurance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, tech, and analytics teams.
