The Job
As a Working Student in Customer Service Operations (d/f/m), you support our Customer Service team in improving documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency. You help create clear and scalable processes that enable smooth onboarding, consistent service delivery, and an excellent customer experience. Working closely with stakeholders across Customer Service, Training, and Quality, you contribute to building a structured and future-ready support environment. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Customer Service Team Lead.
Job requirements
Who You Are
- You are currently enrolled at a German university and study for at least another year.
- You have strong organizational skills and enjoy structuring information in a clear and user-friendly way.
- You ideally have first experience with process documentation, knowledge management, or tools such as Confluence.
- You pay strong attention to detail and can identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation quality.
- You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills in German and English and an interest in operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Support the migration of the Customer Service knowledge base from Confluence to a new platform while ensuring content quality and usability.
- Review, optimize, and standardize existing process documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and operational relevance.
- Audit knowledge base articles by identifying outdated or redundant content and improving the structure and accessibility of information.
- Document Customer Service processes in a clear, scalable, and training-ready format.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Training Manager and QA Specialist to develop training materials and support vendor transition activities.
- Contribute to improving onboarding experiences and reducing operational friction through better documentation and knowledge management practices.
