Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Hive Robotics

Role

Hive Robotics is building Europe's first full-stack orchestration platform for unmanned systems, connecting, controlling, and commanding multi-vendor drone and robot swarms. Our RF communication systems are Made in Germany, deployed on active frontlines, and targeting a €5B European tactical communication market with zero sovereign alternatives today.

Help us keep our operations running. You'll work directly with our Operations Team, taking real ownership of the processes, data, and documentation that keep a fast-scaling deep-tech company moving.

This position is open to both working students (part-time alongside studies, min. 16h/week) and interns (full-time for a fixed term of at least 3 months). Please indicate your preference when applying.

We're at an early stage where processes are still being built, not inherited. That means you won't be handed a manual to follow, you'll help write it. From maintaining operational databases and tracking regulatory developments to drafting documents and keeping procurement records current, you'll touch the full breadth of what it takes to run a hardware company at this stage.

If you're the kind of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks about how to automate it, you'll fit right in. We actively encourage using modern tools and AI to build smarter workflows, not just to keep up, but to get ahead.

If you're studying business, engineering, or a related field and want to see how a fast-scaling deep-tech company actually operates from the inside, his is the right place.

Responsibilities

Organisational support

You'll help build and maintain the processes that keep our ops team running smoothly. That means helping draft standard procedures, keeping shared documents organised, and making sure things don't slip between the cracks as we grow. A good starting point for understanding how a company actually functions.

Database & data maintenance

Our operational data is only as good as the person looking after it. You'll keep records accurate and up to date, spot inconsistencies before they become problems, and help us build the habits that make scaling possible.

Document drafting & management

From internal process docs and templates to external correspondence, you'll help draft, format, and organise the documents that keep things moving.

Regulatory & compliance monitoring

We operate in a heavily regulated space, and keeping track of what's changing is genuinely important work. You'll help us monitor relevant EU directives and standards, flag upcoming deadlines, and maintain a structured overview of where we stand. No legal background needed, structured thinking and reliable follow-through are what matter here.

Purchase order & procurement tracking

You'll keep an eye on open purchase orders, follow up on delivery status, and make sure our procurement records stay current. Doing this consistently and accurately has a real impact on how smoothly production runs.

Process building & automation

If you see a manual task and think "there has to be a better way", good. We actively encourage using modern tools and AI to eliminate unnecessary work. Whether it's automating a tracker, testing a new tool, or proposing a smarter workflow, your ideas are welcome and your initiative will have real impact.
