As a Working Student in Corporate Reefer Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting our business decision-making and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining standard reports, preparing ad-hoc reports, managing customer allocation requests and providing analytical support for customer presentations. You will have the chance to develop your skills in data analysis, presentation design and customer relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Maintain standard reports by updating and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to support business decision-making and track progress
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or colleagues, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
- Manage Customer Allocation Requests by reviewing and processing requests, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of space
- Prepare customer presentations by researching and gathering relevant data, creating engaging and informative content and designing visually appealing slides to effectively communicate with customers and promote products or services
- Provide analytical support for customer presentations by collecting and analyzing data and market trends, identifying key insights and opportunities and developing recommendations to support business growth and customer satisfaction, while maintaining standard reports and managing ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
What Makes You A Fit
- You are currently pursuing a full-time degree in Economics, International Management Maritime, logistic or a comparable course of study
- You are well experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You can communicate well in German and English (both written and verbal)
- You're willing to work very dedicated to achieve results and target and have high level of commitment and work ethic while carrying out duties/responsibilities
- Ability to apply interpersonal skills effectively when relating to peers and managers, thus enhancing work relationships
- You complete job functions within specified time frames coping with strict deadlines and maintain a positive problem solving attitude while working under pressure

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
