Working Student - Compliance


The compliance team monitors legal requirements, internal policies as well as compliance risks, and ensure their implementation within the company. We are responsible for due diligence and know-your-customer processes, trade compliance matters, and internal and group-wide reporting. In addition, our team serves as a central point of contact for employees, management, and external partners regarding all compliance issues.


Your tasks:

  • Active support in establishing and further developing an appropriate compliance management system
  • Analyze, prepare, and interpret legal requirements, corporate policies, and directives
  • Support the implementation of new compliance requirements and internal policies into existing processes
  • Collaborate on the adaptation of group-wide regulations to national and operational requirements


Your profile:

  • A student enrolled in a program in law, business law, business administration, economics, international business, auditing, public accounting, or a comparable field of study
  • Interest in compliance, governance, regulation, and company-wide policies
  • Pleasure in reading, structuring, and presenting complex requirements (e.g., directives, guidelines, laws) in a clear and understandable way
  • An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a good understanding of processes
  • Excellent German language skills (C1–C2 according to the CEFR) and good English language skills (B2–C1 according to the CEFR


Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of Italian language is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of compliance structures, such as compliance management systems, internal controls, and policy or process documentation
  • Ideally, first experience with governance, risk, or control systems
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new regulations and organizational structures

15-20 hours per week and during the break between semesters preferably full-time (40 hours)

Duration: up to 12 months

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
