As a Working Student in our Sales Assistant team, you support our consultants throughout the entire real estate financing process for international clients in Germany. In this role, you contribute to creating a smooth and professional experience for our clients while gaining valuable insights into the world of real estate finance.

The Mission
At Finance for Expats, we simplify the complex world of German real estate financing for international clients. As a Working Student in our Sales Assistant team, you will be the backbone of our advisory process. You will support our consultants by qualifying leads, preparing loan applications, and ensuring a seamless journey for our clients from the first inquiry to the final approval.
This is your entry point into the world of financial consulting and real estate. No prior experience in real estate is required – we value your structured way of working and your drive to learn.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Management: You actively contact potential leads and book appointments for our consulting team.
- Initial Client Onboarding: You collect initial information from clients and clarify basic requirements for their financing.
- Follow-up Support: You assist the team in post-acquisition activities to stay in touch with prospects.
- Document Management: You collect all necessary documents from real estate agents and clients and prepare the mortgage applications for our 500+ lending partners.
- CRM Maintenance: You maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring all data and files are accurate and complete.
- Academic Background: You are currently enrolled in a university program with an economic focus (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar).
- Language Skills: You are a native German speaker and have fluent English skills, as our clients are expats.
- Work Style: You have a structured way of working and a keen eye for numbers and documents.
- On-site Presence: You are ready to work your 20 hours per week at our office in Hannover. Remote work is not possible.
- Communication: You enjoy being on the phone and interacting directly with clients and partners.

- 34i GewO (Certified Mortgage Advisor) at the IHK.
