Your Responsibilities

Do you want to go beyond using AI in your studies and apply it to real business data?

Then you've come to the right place! At EP Equipment, you won't just use AI – you'll help shape the productive use of generative AI in an international After Sales environment. This position is particularly suited to students of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or Logistics.

  • Working with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Qwen while exploring new AI applications for real business challenges.
  • Developing AI-powered processes together with the team to optimize spare parts inventory, support pricing decisions, and improve the efficiency of our international After Sales operations.
  • Using generative AI to analyze international spare parts pricing and support data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Building and maintaining data foundations for AI assistants.
  • Creating dashboards and decision-support tools through effective prompt engineering.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports, management KPIs, and business analyses.Identifying process optimization opportunities with the help of AI.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university (required).
  • You are studying Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Logistics, or a comparable degree program.
  • Previous vocational training in industry or logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • You already use generative AI in your studies or personal projects and are eager to further develop its practical application in a business environment.
  • Good conversational English; German is an advantage.
  • Availability to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester.
  • Strong analytical thinking, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive attitude.
  • An interest in logistics, forklifts, or spare parts management is an advantage.
