Social Media Intern (m/f/d)

Do you live on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn and constantly analyze why content performs?

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to support content creation and digital brand growth across EcoBeam GmbH, working mainly with:

🌱 EcoBeam Studio – a creative and strategic social media & branding agency helping brands grow through strong storytelling and high-quality content.

🚗 Buddyp2p – a sharing platform where private individuals rent out parking spaces and workspaces.

If you want real hands-on experience in content creation, platform growth and startup marketing — this is for you.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Support the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Work closely with our Social Media Manager
• Assist in planning and scheduling posts
• Contribute creative content ideas and hooks
• Help with short-form video concepts (Reels / TikToks)
• Support community management
• Assist in basic performance analysis (reach, engagement, CTR)
• Support campaign execution

You won’t just watch, you’ll create.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor or Master student (Business, Marketing, Media or similar)
• Mandatory internship required by your university
• Strong interest in social media & digital branding
• Creative mindset with understanding of trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut or similar tools
• Structured and reliable working style
• Willingness to learn fast and take feedback
• Professional German is a plus
• Meta Ads or paid social knowledge is a plus
