The Team – your impact

We are the User Engagement team within the Digital Technology area.

Our focus is on communicating IT products in a clear and accessible way, making them tangible and successfully embedding them into everyday work. Through campaigns and clear messaging, we support change initiatives, provide orientation, and promote knowledge sharing.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Support the creation of visual assets for internal IT and digital workplace campaigns
• Create and edit short creative video formats inspired by modern social media styles such as Reels or Shorts
• Bring in fresh ideas, visual trends and new impulses for internal communication
• Support end to end translation workflows including requesting translations, coordinating reviews with internal stakeholders for content and language validation, and publishing approved content in the intranet
• Prepare and edit content drafts for internal knowledge pages and information platforms
• Support community management on the intranet by proactively monitoring comments and coordinating responses with responsible stakeholders
• Maintain and update basic reporting data for internal communication channels on a regular basis
  
  
  

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Enrolled student (f/m/d), ideally in communication, media, digital, design or a comparable field
• Initial experience with content management systems or social media platforms
• Interest in learning reporting and analytics for internal communication channels
• First experience in video editing and short‑form content creation, ideally using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable design tools
• Structured, reliable and hands on working style
• Detail‑oriented and self‑organized team player who enjoys contributing own ideas and taking initiative
