DripDrip Pharma is a doctor-first B2B platform connecting medical practices with verified IV therapy, infusion, and aesthetic medicine products. We combine growth marketing, CRM, and pharmacy partnership infrastructure to help doctors acquire, onboard, and grow their practice. We move fast, operate lean, and expect the same from everyone on the team.

The Role

You'll support two connected functions: marketing execution and doctor-facing customer support. One day you're building a campaign asset in Canva or drafting a doctor email sequence; the next you're answering a doctor's WhatsApp question or updating their record in the CRM. You'll work directly with the founding team — no layers, real ownership from week one.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound and inbound marketing campaigns (email, social, landing pages)
• Design marketing assets and doctor-facing materials in Canva, on-brand
• Maintain and update doctor/lead records in our CRM
• Handle first-line doctor support questions via WhatsApp and email, escalating where needed
• Keep internal docs, processes, and campaign trackers current in Notion and Google Sheets
• Help monitor and report on campaign and support performance

Required Skills & Tools

• Working proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) — you can add, update, and pull records without hand-holding
• Canva — comfortable producing polished marketing/social assets independently
• Notion — comfortable organizing and updating structured docs/trackers
• Google Sheets — comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data upkeep
• Strong written communication for doctor-facing email and chat support
• German preferred; English essential (you'll work in both)

Nice to Have

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Brevo)
• Experience with WhatsApp/support tooling (e.g. Superchat)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or n8n)
• Interest in aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, or healthcare/pharma
• Prior internship in marketing, growth, or customer support
