This position is based on-site in Darmstadt.
Your Role
- Support the procurement team in day-to-day operational sourcing activities
- Prepare, compare and evaluate supplier quotations
- Maintain, update and analyze sourcing, supplier and master data
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Assist in supplier evaluation, performance tracking and supplier management processes
- Contribute to tenders, procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Strong interest in technical products, procurement and supplier management
- Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Team-oriented, proactive and reliable with a hands-on attitude
