Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT documentation and validation records to ensure accuracy, completeness and topicality
- Handle IT correspondence (internal and external), including emails and ticket updates, in a timely and professional manner
- Track and organize IT assets and spare equipment to support efficient inventory management
- Assist with user onboarding paperwork and coordinate account requests
- File, sort, and maintain physical documentation in an organized and accessible manner
- Handle regular monitoring and documentation tasks
- Provide general organizational support to the IT department as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Basic familiarity with IT environments is a plus, but not required
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
