Job Title: AI-Driven Cross-Border E-commerce Intern (Product/Operations Direction) (w/m/d)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany


The Dahua DACH team is currently seeking talented AI-Driven Cross-Border E-commerce Intern (Product/Operations Direction) (w/m/d) to join us for the Europe Cross-Border E-commerce PM Cultivation Program. The internship is for a duration of 6–12 months (excellent performers can be converted to full-time or long-term cooperation), with longer duration as well as an immediate start date preferred. Full-time 40 hours/week.


In this role, you are expected to be responsible for: You will gain in-depth exposure to cross-border e-commerce operations and product management while actively participating in European market projects:


  • In mentor guidance, use AI tools to assist in market and competitor research, collecting and organizing information including product prices, Listing content, user reviews, rankings and advertising situations on mainstream cross-border ecommerce platforms, and prepare simple analysis reports to support product and operations decisions.
  • Deeply understand the characteristics of intelligent security products, analyze user real needs, product differentiation advantages, European market preferences, user pain points and usage scenarios, and try to propose product positioning and optimization suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment partner team and internal team to learn Listing maintenance, A+ page optimization, keyword and search logic, localized selling point expression, product launch and content update on mainstream cross-border ecommerce platforms.
  • Under mentor guidance, learn the basic logic of advertising on mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms, including keyword mining, advertising data analysis, ROI and conversion rate observation, and try to combine AI tools to improve work efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring key indicators such as sales data, conversion rate, advertising performance and inventory; regularly update product materials and selling points according to headquarters product iteration information; under mentor guidance, learn product selection (selection) logic to support stocking plan, new product introduction and demand forecasting.
  • According to online store sales data and promotion rhythm, predict demand and formulate stocking plans; assist in daily business operations including FBA inbound coordination, inventory and order follow-up, supplier communication, basic customer support, data organization and process follow-up.


Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

  • Currently enrolled or freshly graduated from Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields;
  • Good command of German (B2 or above, able to handle basic business communication) and English (as working language); native Chinese speaker;
  • Chinese nationality or Chinese heritage, currently living in Germany (priority given to candidates in Düsseldorf and surrounding areas such as Cologne, Duisburg);
  • Strong learning ability and initiative – “everything can be learned” mindset is highly valued;
  • Passion for products and business, willing to deeply research product selling points and differentiation advantages;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution and teamwork skills; able to adapt to occasional short business trips to the Netherlands;
  • Proficient in using AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus.
