Your responsibilities

• Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative processes
• Create, maintain, and optimize Excel-based tools, reports, and dashboards
• Prepare professional presentations and management materials in PowerPoint
• Support the maintenance and further development of databases and data structures
• Assist with SharePoint administration, document management, and SharePoint Lists
• Help improve digital workflows and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with different departments on data-driven and technical topics
• Support ad hoc analyses and process optimization initiatives
  
  

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Business Informatics, IT, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field (ideally for the next 2 years)
• Strong IT affinity and interest in digital tools and systems
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience working with databases and structured data
• Familiarity with SharePoint and SharePoint Lists
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Independent, reliable, and proactive personality
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
