Your Role
- Operational Procurement: You will support the Group Procurement Team by taking charge of Operational Procurement activities in both the SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa Systems. This includes fulfilling concrete Procurement requirements, executing order processes and being involved in further developments of our Coupa solution.
- Sourcing: You will support our Global Category Managers and Category Buyers in the whole Procurement process, from preparation through execution until the awarding and contracting of any Sourcing process
- Procurement Processes: You will assist teams along end-to-end procurement processes and liaise with Global Procurement Managers in regard to the use of Coupa for procurement and contract management.
- Research, Visualization & Innovations: You will have the opportunity to use your academic skills to conduct independent research on suppliers and markets and present your results to our Global Procurement Managers. You will bring in your knowledge from your studies and internships to improve our sourcing activities.
- Team: You develop an effective, trustful, and personal relationship with your teammates and your stakeholders.
- Language skills: Fluency English and German are mandatory. Any other European language, e.g. French, Italian, etc. is a good advantage.
- Experience: Being enrolled in a university and pursuing either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Supply Chain are preferred areas of concentration.
- IT Skills: Strong affinity for IT. Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, structured and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility. High willingness to learn together and improve processes. Motivated to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Mobile work: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
