- Editing press releases, pitches, and social media content
- Researching media contacts, industry events, our clients’ competitors, topic-specific content for coverage, and current industry trends
- Brainstorming and collaboratively developing communication strategies, creative storytelling, and innovative PR campaigns
- Assisting in the planning of industry-specific events for our partners
- Engaging with external stakeholders such as journalists, contributors, and partners
- Building your network with national and international journalists and media representatives
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients’ industries and target audiences
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and the tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in using PR tools and software is a plus
- Valuable hands-on experience in PR and communications within the startup and VC sectors
