Who we are

Campus To Capital is a new media platform on European venture capital, DeepTech and company building. We are Julius and Konstantin, both 20, and we have been doing this for over a year alongside university and work.

We are growing fast and we have far more ideas than we currently have hands for. Our guests have included a former federal minister, board members of listed companies, partners at leading European VC funds and CXOs of fast-growing companies.

From January 2027 we go full-time and turn this into a real business. Three to four episodes per week and trips to record on location with the most interesting founders and investors in Europe and beyond.

Your role

From January 2027 we are looking for a third person. You work directly with the two of us, with no layer in between, and you decide what gets done rather than working through a task list. Specifically:

• Guest sourcing and research: identify companies and people, reach out, follow up, coordinate scheduling
• Planning and running the city trips, from travel logistics to the location itself
• Being on set for the recordings and running production with us
• Video editing and clip production for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Distribution, social and community, including your own view on what we should be doing differently
• Building out the partner and sponsor side with us

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone early on. Students in their first semesters, or someone in a gap year straight out of school. What matters is whether you actually want this and whether you keep going when it gets hard.

• You are good with people. You will be talking to partners at VC funds, board members and founders, sometimes without us in the room.
• You think strategically and have your own opinions on where this should go.
• Video editing is a huge advantage. If you can do it, put it in your first sentence.
• You can handle pace. Three to four episodes a week plus travel across Europe.
• Fluent German and English.
• University, grades and degree are irrelevant to us. Do not send us a CV with your GPA on it. Show us what you have built.

What's in store for you

• Access to people you would not normally reach at this age: partners at leading European funds, board members, founders. You are in the room when those conversations happen.
• Full ownership from day one. There is nobody above you except us, and we are 20 ourselves.
• You join right at the point where this turns from a side project into a business, and you help shape how that happens.
• Munich-based, mostly hybrid. You are on location for the recordings.

We will discuss compensation and the exact setup openly in a first conversation.

Wer wir sind

Campus To Capital ist eine "New Media Platform" rund um europäisches Venture Capital, DeepTech und Company Building. Hinter dem Projekt stehen wir, Julius und Konstantin, beide 20. Seit über einem Jahr bauen wir Campus To Capital parallel zu Studium und Arbeit auf.

Wir wachsen schnell und haben deutlich mehr Ideen, als wir aktuell selbst umsetzen können. Zu unseren Gästen gehörten bereit Politiker, Vorstandsmitglieder börsennotierter Unternehmen, Partner führender europäischer VC-Fonds sowie CXOs schnell wachsender Unternehmen.

Ab Januar 2027 gehen wir Vollzeit und machen daraus ein richtiges Unternehmen. Geplant sind drei bis vier Episoden pro Woche sowie regelmäßige Trips, um vor Ort mit den spannendsten Gründern und Investoren Europas aufzunehmen.

Deine Rolle

Ab Januar 2027 suchen wir eine dritte Person für unser Team. Du arbeitest direkt mit uns beiden, ohne Hierarchieebenen dazwischen. Du arbeitest keine vorgefertigte Aufgabenliste ab, sondern entscheidest aktiv mit, was als Nächstes umgesetzt werden sollte.

Konkret geht es unter anderem um:

• Guest Sourcing und Research: spannende Unternehmen und Personen identifizieren, Kontakte aufbauen, nachfassen und Termine koordinieren
• Planung und Durchführung unserer City Trips, von der Reiselogistik bis zur Organisation vor Ort
• Begleitung der Aufnahmen und gemeinsame Verantwortung für die Produktion am Set
• Videoschnitt und Produktion von Clips für Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok und YouTube
• Distribution, Social Media und Community Building, inklusive deiner eigenen Perspektive darauf, was wir anders oder besser machen sollten
• Gemeinsamer Aufbau unserer Partner- und Sponsorenseite

Wen wir suchen

• Wir suchen bewusst jemanden, der noch am Anfang steht: Studierende in den ersten Semestern oder jemanden im Gap Year direkt nach der Schule. Entscheidend ist für uns nicht dein Lebenslauf, sondern ob du das wirklich willst und auch dann weitermachst, wenn es anstrengend wird.
• Du kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen. Du wirst mit Partnern von VC-Fonds, Vorständen und Gründern sprechen, teilweise auch ohne uns im Raum.
• Du denkst strategisch und hast eigene Meinungen dazu, wohin sich Campus To Capital entwickeln sollte.
• Videoschnitt ist ein riesiger Vorteil. Wenn du schneiden kannst, unbedingt erwaehnen!
• Du kommst mit Geschwindigkeit klar. Das Pensum koennte intense werden.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
• Universität, Noten und Studiengang sind uns egal. Schick uns keinen Lebenslauf, in dem dein Notenschnitt im Mittelpunkt steht. Zeig uns, was du bisher aufgebaut, umgesetzt oder geschaffen hast.

Was dich erwartet

• Du bekommst Zugang zu Menschen, die du in diesem Alter normalerweise kaum erreichen würdest: Partner führender europäischer Fonds, Vorstandsmitglieder und Gründer. Du sitzt mit im Raum, wenn diese Gespräche stattfinden.
• Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an echte Verantwortung. Über dir gibt es niemanden außer uns, und wir sind selbst erst 20.
• Du steigst genau in dem Moment ein, in dem aus einem Side Project ein Unternehmen wird, und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie dieser Schritt aussieht.
• Die Rolle ist in München angesiedelt und größtenteils hybrid. Bei den Aufnahmen bist du vor Ort dabei.
• Über Vergütung und die genaue Ausgestaltung der Rolle sprechen wir offen in einem ersten Gespräch.
