Our department "Steering, Transformation & CIO Office" within BMW Group IT handles strategic topics that impact the entire IT organization. We focus on target management, internal communication for the Group IT Community and the CIO, keynote speech preparation, AI enablement measures, and internal video production. Join our flexible and highly motivated team.
What awaits you?
- You will support the CIO Office team with internal and external communication initiatives.
- Furthermore, you help coordinate and engage the communications network.
- In addition, you contribute to organizing events for employees and management.
- Moreover, you will assist in creating concepts for internal communications.
- Additionally, you work with current IT topics such as strategy, transformation, and community initiatives.
- Studies in communication management, information systems management, marketing, business administration or related fields.
- Very good skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Basic project management experience.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English skills.

Intern Communication Management (f/m/x)
Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Marketing in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
