At Axpo Deutschland, you'll develop applications and optimize battery marketing capabilities while contributing to innovative solutions in energy storage systems. What you will do:
- Develop applications and support the implementation of Axpo Deutschland’s battery marketing capabilities.
- Design and enhance the battery management system in line with Axpo Group frameworks and standards.
- Monitor and analyze battery system performance to ensure reliability and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research on intraday optimization of batteries, including forecasting, market design, and dispatch strategies.
- Code optimization strategies for battery revenues across reserve markets and intraday trading (e.g., bidding, scheduling, and activation logic).
- Currently enrolled in a program in mathematics, science, or IT, with a strong interest in data and analysis.
- Strong coding skills and experience implementing data-driven solutions.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Analytical mindset with a strong sense for numbers and high attention to detail.
- Interest in the energy market and data-driven dynamics.
- Fluent in German and English.
