Overview:

Arctis AI automates bid analysis and evaluation in construction procurement. Across complex projects, teams still rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual bid leveling to compare offers. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and often leads to missed scope gaps, hidden exclusions, and unclear decisions. Arctis AI analyzes incoming bids against tender requirements and against each other. It structures unorganized documents, highlights deviations and risks, and generates clear, side-by-side comparisons that teams can directly use for award decisions. We help general contractors, developers, and consultants replace manual bid evaluation workflows with faster, more transparent, and more reliable decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospects
  • Researching and qualifying target accounts before outreach
  • Booking discovery calls and demos
  • Tracking outreach activity and pipeline in our CRM
  • Helping refine messaging, scripts, and target lists based on what you learn from conversations
  • Attending industry events with the team when relevant

Ideal candidate:

  • You're comfortable making calls in German and ideally in English too
  • You're organized and reliable. You follow up, you track what you did, you don't let leads slip
  • You have genuine curiosity about scaling GTM in startups
  • You can work independently and are not afraid of rejection
  • Based in Munich (or willing to relocate), we all work in-person
