As a Working Student (w/m/d) in Omni Retail Systems Market Support and Business Development, you are part of the team that aims to ensure reliable operations, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of retail systems across markets, while delivering high‑quality support and seamless processes for store users and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role drives the growth and operational excellence of the B2B gift card business across Europe, supporting partnerships, scalability, and performance monitoring.
Your Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day retail system requests from stores
- Handle store support request tickets and ticket distribution
- Assist with retail system activities for store openings, refurbishments, and closures
- Support gift card processes (e.g. uploads and invoice handling)
- Actively support the C&A B2B gift card business across the EU – more partners & higher volumes
- Help with local translations and simple coordination tasks within the team
- Deliver clear feedback to defined stakeholders – including proactive feedback on store issues with higher incidence
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration or a related field
- Open‑minded and flexible, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Focus on quality service and user satisfaction
- Structured, proactive, and result‑oriented way of working
- Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
- Team‑player mindset with good collaboration and communication skills
- Good handling of Microsoft Office 365
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus
