For almost 20 years, Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur has been one of Germany's leading specialty coffee roasteries. We are passionate about quality, sustainability, and coffee culture, and we're looking for a motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Capture photo and video content in our roastery, at customer locations, and during events

• Edit Reels, Stories, and social media posts

• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns

• Support photo shoots, barista trainings, and coffee events

• Engage with our online community

• Assist with newsletter and website content

• Stay up to date with social media trends and bring fresh ideas

What we're looking for:

• Mandatory internship as part of a university degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or similar)

• Passion for social media and digital storytelling

• A creative mindset with an eye for visual content

• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools

• Good communication skills in German and English

• Independent, organized, and proactive way of working

• An interest in specialty coffee is a big plus
