Business & Operations Student Assistant (Werkstudent/Intern) — Actimi GmbH Reports to: Product Manager / Team Lead Compensation: €500–€700 per month

Requirements

  • German: native or near-native (C1–C2). Non-negotiable, needed for direct communication with clinics and partners.
  • English: strong working level (B2–C1 minimum).
  • Studying (or recently graduated in) Business Administration, International Management, Sales, Economics, or similar.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) as well as classic office tools.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools (Odoo, Pipedrive…).
  • Basic familiarity with task/project tools (GitHub, Jira…).
  • Good analytical skills. Able to interpret cost, consumption, and margin data and translate it into actionable insight.
  • Good communication and comprehension skills. Comfortable speaking in meetings with clients and partners.
  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Prior internship in sales, customer support, consulting, or business analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact between the team and partner companies, attending meetings to clarify business, contractual, or operational matters, and ensuring continuity and quality of the partner relationship over time.
  • Ensure economic viability of funding and joint collaboration projects, proposing sound business models with external partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and assess the commercial viability of Actimi's products.
  • Contribute business ideas, identify new opportunities and help develop potential new leads.
  • Support client clinics through ongoing contact, contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Conduct risk and impact analysis for active projects and any proposed strategic changes, quantifying associated costs, savings, and risks to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively identify cost-reduction opportunities, including renegotiating terms with existing vendors and evaluating alternative suppliers.
  • Prepare periodic commercial KPI reports for the team.
  • Support the preparation of partner-facing proposals, quotes and commercial offers.
  • Support participation in trade fairs and industry events, including stand coordination, contact generation and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and organized partner and commercial information within the CRM/ERP system.
