Your Role
During your internship, you will support our Recruiting Coordination Team at our location in Oberkochen, Jena, or Munich - ideally for a period of approximately 6 months starting in January 2027 or later. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Scheduling interviews with candidates (both internal and external), hiring managers and recruiters
- Posting job openings on various platforms
- Guiding our applicants through the entire recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Reviewing and reimbursing applicants’ travel expenses
- Creating new job requisitions in the applicant tracking system
Your Profile
- Currently studying business administration, economics, psychology, or a related field
- Ideally, some prior experience with recruiting or HR (e.g., study focus, working student position or internship)
- Enthusiasm for communication and organization
- Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive data
- Very good German and English skills
