Bring the ZEISS brand to life. Help create visits that leave a lasting impression.

As part of the ZEISS Brand Management Team, within the Global Training & Customer Visits team, you will support the planning, coordination and operation of customer visits in Aalen and Oberkochen. You will help make the ZEISS brand tangible for opticians and business partners, create a smooth and professional visitor experience, and support customer centre operations, training and knowledge sharing.

Your Role

• Help plan and coordinate international customer visits, including bookings, guides, catering and visitor materials
• Document visits, analyse visitor feedback and help improve the customer experience
• Welcome and support guests on site, assist with daily operations at our customer centres in Aalen and Oberkochen, and keep marketing materials up to date
• Gain hands-on experience with ZEISS optical devices by supporting device testing and performing measurements (using for example ZEISS VISULENS 550 and others)
• Help develop and improve training concepts, create and update learning materials and presentations, and support global knowledge sharing

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in Optometry, Optics, Vision Science or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills, combined with an independent approach to work
• An outgoing, open and approachable manner
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
