As part of the internship within the Sports team, you will be able to support the Business Development function by contributing to medium to large size strategic projects and help in the Go-To-Market process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable
plans, ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with Zalando's overall goals
The ideal candidate is strong in analytics, communication, stakeholder management and also has some basic e-commerce knowledge and is hands-on.

What We'd Love You To Do (and Love Doing)
- Support Strategic Development Principal in cross-departmental projects, from planning to execution
- Monitor project performance and key business metrics, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Work closely with teams across commercial and supply as well as with functions such as ZMS or Content Solutions to ensure seamless coordination and execution of initiatives
- Previous experience in the Fashion / e-commerce / consulting industry is a strong plus.
- Interest in trends, innovations and an affinity for Sports
- Strong analytical thinking skills, confident with numbers and Google workplace; result-driven and solution-oriented working style
- High level of teamwork and communication skills (excellent command of English), ability to work independently, and commitment.
- Strong level of autonomy and decisiveness based on data
- Hands-on mentality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time
