What Will You Do
- Support information protection initiatives and projects
- Assist in maintaining governance documentation and internal standards
- Help update information protection templates, guidelines and procedures
- Support Information Protection Assessments, Monitoring and documentation
- Assist in maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPa) and AI Register
- Help track remediation actions resulting from audits and assessments
- Support evidence collection for internal and external audits
- Assist in preparing reports and KPI dashboards
- Support the development of awareness materials and communication campaigns
- Assist in organizing awareness events and training activities
- Create presentations, newsletters and communication materials
- Maintain internal SharePoint and knowledge repositories
- Support document management and version control
- Conduct research on regulatory and compliance topics
- Assist with meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions
- Support coordination with regional stakeholders across EMEA
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in Law, Information Security, Data Science, Business Administration, Compliance, Information Technology or a comparable field of study.
- Strong interest in data protection, information security, compliance, governance, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident English language skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open to taking on new challenges.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- Previous work experience is not required; motivation and willingness to learn are what matter most.
