Your Key Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Brand Protection Team, including support for specific projects, data quality checks, cross-checking of lists and formatting of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Review and cross-check legal documents, such as certificates of registration, to ensure that details are accurate and aligned with the relevant data in IPMS.
  • Archive certificates, contracts and other legal documents both physically and electronically in the relevant data management systems.
  • Scan and copy documents, mainly related to parallel import requests, to support the team’s daily operations.
  • Update trademark and design databases as well as internal lists, including parallel import lists and IPMS-related records.
  • Support the archiving of expired trademarks and assist with archive review activities.
  • Help coordinate and prepare trademark-related powers of attorney for execution.
  • Support external service providers and internal stakeholders by preparing, organizing and maintaining relevant documentation.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in law, business administration, economics, information management or a comparable field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents and data.
  • Open-minded, curious and motivated to learn about legal brand protection in an international business environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while knowing when to ask questions.

Desirable Requirements

  • First experience in an administrative, legal, intellectual property, compliance or data management environment.
  • German language skills are an advantage.

Compensation Structure & Criteria

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience and location within company salary ranges. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment and business needs.

  • Job location: Holzkirchen, Germany
  • Starting pay range: EUR 1.350 (Bachelor Student) / EUR 1.550 (Master Student)
  • Additional benefits include: Holiday Allowance (EUR 1.200 full year), access to our learning and development platforms Skillsoft and Learnlight, access to our employee share program “OurShare” and other benefits according to local eligibility criteria
  • Pay frequency: Monthly
  • Expected weekly working hours: up to 20 hours/week during semester
  • Contract type: Working Student contract
