Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung in einem vielseitigen IT-Umfeld sammeln und dabei nicht nur im Support, sondern auch in der Administration, Dokumentation und Informationssicherheit mitwirken? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams.
- 1st-Level-Support and 2nd-Level-Support für Hard- und Software: Du unterstützt unser IT-Team bei Hardware - und Softwareanfragen und hilfst dabei, dass Laptops, Monitore, Drucker & Smartphones zuverlässig einsatzbereit sind
- Administration und Einrichtung unserer Tools, insbesondere Microsoft 365 (Cloud) und SharePoint
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung unserer IT-Infrastruktur - von Arbeitsplatzrechnern bis hin zu Smartphones
- Pflege der IT-Dokumentation sowie Erstellung verständlicher User-Guidelines für unsere Anwendungssoftware
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Hard- und Software - von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur Bestellung
- Technisches Onboarding neuer Kolleg*innen: Du richtest Arbeitsplätze ein und begleitest den Start ins Team
- Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten: Du bringst dich aktiv in Planung und Umsetzung neuer Lösungen ein
- Assetmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Lizenzunterlagen, softwarebezogenen Vertragsdokumenten sowie Leasingunterlagen für Hardware in unserem Vertragsverwaltungstool
- Immatrikuliert im Masterstudium oder mindestens im 4. Semester eines Bachelorstudiengangs in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 Cloud-Diensten, insbesondere mit Office 365, Teams, OneDrive und SharePoint
- Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen Betriebssystemen: Windows, macOS, iOS und Android
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Problemlösungen, insbesondere im Bereich Soft- und Hardware
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelle Verantwortung: Du übernimmst früh Ownership für Arbeitspakete und treibst Themen eigenständig voran
- Raum für Ideen: Deine Expertise zählt - du bringst eigene Konzepte ein, optimierst Prozesse und prägst unser Vorgehen aktiv mit

Weekly hours
Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.
