Job description
1. Support operational procurement of indirect goods and services with focus on R&D requirements
2. Assist in preparing and tracking RFQs, comparing quotations, and maintaining procurement documents
3. Process purchase orders in the ERP system/ OA and monitor order/delivery status until closure
4. Conduct market and price research to support negotiation preparation
5. Help maintain supplier master data, procurement reports, and contract documentation
6. Support supplier evaluation and development activities (e.g., coordinating samples, tracking KPIs)
7. Collaborate closely with cross-departments including R&D, Ops, Finance etc.
Job requirement
1. Student (or recent graduate) in business administration, engineering, or a related field; first practical experience in purchasing or supply chain is a plus
2. Strong interest in procurement and cost awareness
3. Good analytical and organizational skills, structured and independent working style
4. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel skills an advantage)
5. Fluent in English and German,Mandarin is a plus
6. Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
