职位描述：

岗位职责

1. 审计支持

支持年度法定审计工作，包括与外部审计师的对接与沟通；

根据外部审计师的需求，协助准备、整理并提供相关财务资料及支持性文件；

协助对审计询问进行资料收集、数据核对及基础解释支持；

跟进审计过程中发现事项的资料补充及后续支持工作

2. 财务数据整理与分析支持

协助整理收入、成本及费用等相关财务数据；

支持财务数据在不同维度下的汇总、对比及基础分析；

为内部管理分析及相关决策提供数据支持；

3. 对账及会计支持

协助开展与合作方的定期对账工作，核对结算数据及相关支持材料；

协助整理对账结果，支持差异事项的核查与说明；

支持基础会计数据的整理、核对及归档工作

4. 跨部门沟通与支持

与业务、运营、销售等相关团队保持日常沟通；

协助收集业务数据及财务相关信息；

支持财务会计团队在审计、财务管理及业务支持中的相关工作

Responsibilities

1. Audit Support

Support the annual statutory audit process, including liaison with external auditors.

Assist in collecting information, reconciling data and providing basic explanations for audit inquiries

Follow up on audit findings and support the provision of additional documentation as required

2. Financial Data Preparation and Analysis Support

Assist in preparing and organizing financial data related to revenue, costs and expenses

Support the aggregation, comparison and basic analysis of financial data across different dimensions

Provide data support for internal management analysis and related decision-making processes

3. Reconciliation and Accounting Support

Assist in performing periodic reconciliations with external partners, including verification of settlement data and supporting materials

Assist in summarizing reconciliation results and supporting the investigation and explanation of variances

Support the preparation, verification and filing of basic accounting records and documentation

4. Cross-functional Communication and Support

Maintain day-to-day communication with business, operations and sales teams

Assist in collecting business data and finance-related information

Support the accounting and finance team in audit, financial management and business support activities

职位要求：

任职要求（Qualifications）

1. 教育背景

本科或硕士在读学生，财务、会计、经济学、金融、数据分析或相关专业背景；

2. 专业能力与兴趣

对财务管理、财务分析有明确兴趣；

具备良好的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力；

熟悉 Excel（如常用函数、数据整理、基础分析），有 Power BI 使用经验者加分

3. 语言能力

英语读写能力良好，能够支持英文邮件、报表及基础沟通

4. 个人素质

责任心强，做事细致，有较好的执行力；

具备良好的沟通能力，能适应跨部门协作环境；

学习能力强，愿意在实际业务场景中快速成长

Qualifications

Education Background

Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently enrolled

Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields

Professional Skills & Interest

Strong interest in financial management, financial analysis career path

Good data sensitivity with solid logical and analytical thinking skills

Proficient in Excel (e.g. commonly used functions, data processing, basic analysis); Power BI experience is a plus

Language Skills

Good written English skills, capable of handling English emails, reports, and basic communication

Personal Attributes

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment

Fast learner with the willingness to grow in real business scenarios
