VTag Labs GmbH is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who knows how to use AI as a marketing workforce, not just as a writing tool.
You will work with AI-supported research, content, analytics and campaign workflows while remaining responsible for quality, positioning and execution.
What you will do
• Manage LinkedIn, website and product marketing workflows
• Turn company and product developments into clear market-facing content
• Operate AI-supported content and research workflows
• Research target audiences, competitors and market opportunities
• Prepare and test campaigns and landing-page messaging
• Track reach, engagement, inbound leads and conversion
• Maintain a marketing calendar and weekly performance report
• Coordinate with sales so marketing activity produces measurable opportunities
• Improve AI marketing workflows based on actual results
What we are looking for
• Experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing or startup marketing
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and digital content distribution
• Comfortable using modern AI tools daily
• Strong German and English
• Analytical mindset — able to distinguish activity from results
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly
Experience with SaaS, AI, automation, ERP, FinTech or B2B software is a plus.
This is a hands-on operating role, not a pure strategy or brand-management position.
