💡 Your Mission: Help Open the French Market - alongside your studies!
France is our next big market, and you can help us open it. We are looking for a motivated Working Student in Sales Development (m/w/d) to support the first step of our sales process in France - researching potential customers, reaching out to prospects, and helping generate qualified leads for our Account Executives. It's a hands-on way to learn modern B2B sales in a fast-growing startup while studying. If you're curious, love talking to people, and want real ownership from day one, this is for you!
🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike
- Research potential new customers in the French healthcare sector
- Support outbound outreach — cold calls in French, emails, and LinkedIn — to generate interest
- Help qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
- Share market and customer feedback to help shape our go-to-market in France
- Currently enrolled as a student and available ~16–20 hours per week
- First experience in or strong motivation for B2B sales / cold calling — no long track record required
- Confidence to pick up the phone and openness to learn how to handle rejection
- Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution
- Good communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working
- Technical affinity: comfortable learning tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Full professional proficiency in French (spoken & written) - you'll be speaking with French prospects - and a good command of English. German is a plus.
- Flexible working hours because you know when you work best!
- Access to various learning platforms (e.g., Blinkist, Audible, etc.).
- Open culture with regular work weeks and team events to collaborate and bond.
- Rapid personal growth in a fast-growing startup.
- Make a real impact, helping alleviate the workload for healthcare professionals.

Working student rulesSocial contributions
Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
