Description provided by Voi Technology

At Voi, we're on a mission to create safe, sustainable, and reliable ways for people to move through cities. As a Fleet Specialist Associate, you'll play an important role in making sure our vehicles are available, safe, and ready for riders every day.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with experienced teammates across both our warehouse and in-field operations. Whether you're helping prepare vehicles for deployment, supporting daily fleet operations, or interacting with riders in the city, you'll contribute directly to delivering a great experience for our users.

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

In the field

  • Help keep our vehicles available and ready for riders by carrying out battery swaps and supporting daily fleet operations
  • Patrol designated areas to ensure vehicles are parked safely, accessibly, and in line with local regulations
  • Reposition vehicles when needed and help maintain tidy parking locations
  • Identify and report damaged or non-functioning vehicles and carry out minor fixes where appropriate
  • Support local community and customer engagement events
  • Assist riders with basic questions and act as a positive ambassador for Voi and sustainable urban mobility
  • Help locate vehicles when required to support fleet performance

In the warehouse

  • Clean and prepare vehicles before deployment to maintain quality standards
  • Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks with training and support from experienced colleagues
  • Assist with receiving, packing, moving, and organizing vehicles and batteries
  • Support recycling and disassembly activities when required
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Take care of tools and equipment and always follow health and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • You are currently enrolled at a recognized university and eligible to work as a working student in Germany with at least 1 year left in your studies
  • You enjoy working in a structured, task-oriented environment
  • You take pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting your team
  • You work safely and follow established processes and local regulations
  • You communicate clearly and escalate issues when support is needed
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
  • You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and open to developing new skills
  • An interest in vehicles, micromobility, or practical maintenance work is a plus, but not required

Nice to have

  • A valid driving licence

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in one of Europe's leading micromobility companies
  • Training and support from experienced teammates
  • Opportunities to develop operational, technical, and customer-facing skills
  • A collaborative and inclusive workplace where your ideas and contributions matter
  • The chance to help shape more sustainable cities and improve urban mobility

Don't meet every requirement?

We know that great candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about the role and believe you can contribute to our team, we'd love to hear from you. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly match every qualification listed above.

Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility for everyone. Today we are the leading shared micromobility operator in Europe, with HQ in Stockholm (Sweden), operating 200,000+ vehicles in 130+ towns and cities across 13 countries, serving 8+ million riders with over 500+ MILLION rides to date, and we have no intention of stopping here! We believe that micromobility will play a central role in changing how people move in our towns and cities in the future and want to ensure that the micromobility transformation happens the right way - through real innovative technology, partnership and transparent dialogue with towns, cities and governments, and by adapting our products to the local needs. In addition to improving quality of life in cities around the world, we are contributing to the solution for climate change by making sustainable transportation options more widely available and promoting renewable energy use and circularity along our supply chain.

Diversity Matters

As a Voiager, we offer you a friendly, collaborative and fast-paced workplace where you can bring your whole self to work, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability or sexual orientation - and welcome applications from whoever you are, including veterans, those actively serving as a Reservist and their partners. What is most important to us is how you treat others and what skills and value you bring to our team. We believe that having a wide diversity of people with different backgrounds and perspectives within Voi is essential to our success in delivering the best user experience to our equally diverse user base. With employees from over 50 nationalities working within Voi, we believe we have made good progress but know we can still do more - therefore we discourage any photos, personal letters, or disclosure of any information that concerns other information than your professional experience.
