Support the projects that drive service excellence worldwide.

As a Working Student supporting our Project Managers, you will play an active role in the implementation of global service initiatives. You will contribute to repair strategy implementation, business process improvements, and the maintenance of global standards and documentation. Working closely with global Project Managers, you will help the successful global rollout of service solutions.

This part-time position is available with immediate effect; required travel is up to 5 days per year.

What You'll Do

You will actively support Project Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities and contribute to high-quality deliverables. Your tasks include:

  • Supporting the execution of global tool launches, including the development of repair strategies and the setup of required systems and processes for successful market rollout
  • Performing calculations, analyses, and evaluations for defined work packages, while contributing to the implementation of business process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Driving the standardization and maintenance of tool-related information and documentation, while supporting the communication and adoption of global standards across regions and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently enrolled Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Strong proficiency in digital workplace tools, including Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), Adobe Creative Suite, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as SAP/ECTR
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with result-oriented work approach
  • Team player mindset with motivation to deliver high-quality results on time in a dynamic environment
