Cybersecurity & AI Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

Want to experience cybersecurity and AI beyond the lecture hall? As an intern (3 to 6 months, full-time) or working student (15 to 20 hours per week), you’ll work on real projects with us and take on responsibility from day one:

• You join one of our project teams and own your own work packages instead of just watching.
• You build prototypes and internal tools, such as automations, dashboards or AI agents.
• You research new security and AI tools, try them out and assess what they can really do.
• You help prepare workshops, demos and client meetings, and you take part in them yourself.
• You document your results so others can build on them.

A buddy from the cyber team supports you from day one. You’ll learn security with us.

YOUR PROFIL

You learn best by being in the thick of things and want to get to know the industry at the intersection of AI and security with us. If you’re working toward a role like Forward Deployed Engineer or Consultant, this is your starting point. Here’s what you bring:

• You’re enrolled at a university or college, studying computer science or another subject with a strong technical focus.
• You enjoy programming and have projects from your studies, work or free time that you can talk about.
• You use AI tools and check whether their output is correct.
• You’re curious, take initiative and enjoy engaging with clients.
• You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1 in both).

Nice to have, but not required:

• An interest in security, for example through CTFs, courses or your own projects
• Experience with cloud or containers
• Initial hands-on experience from internships, working student jobs or student initiatives
