THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Growth Strategy Intern, you’ll work across our core Revenue Operations and Enablement areas to support the commercial engine powering Tradebyte's growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership you'll contribute to projects that shape how our Sales, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams operate and perform.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Revenue Operations


  • Lead segmentation and customer tiering analysis to pinpoint high-value growth opportunities across diverse markets
  • Help manage and improve our CRM (Salesforce), including data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and workflow automation
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and performance metrics
  • Contribute to forecasting processes and revenue reporting for leadership


Enablement


  • Drive cross-functional project coordination to seamlessly connect Marketing, Sales, Success, and other internal teams
  • Support the creation of enablement materials, including playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, onboarding guides, and training content, for teams across the commercial unit
  • Contribute to the rollout of new tools, processes, and programs across a diverse set of stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
  • Track and improve the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through feedback loops and data


WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF


  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable turning data into actionable business insights
  • You bring proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a strong bonus if you have experience in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) or data visualisation (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • You are an organised, proactive communicator in English (German is a plus) who thrives when collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • You have a genuine interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace businesses
