WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Be the first point of contact and business card of the office: Receive guests and employees as the good soul of the office
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
- Create a comfortable and inviting work environment
- Identify problems immediately and find solutions quickly
- Assist in planning small to large events
- Prepare and follow up on meetings
- Support your team with general assistance activities
- You speak German and English
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
- You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality
- You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them
- You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
