To shape strategic conversations and influence real buying decisions, we are looking for a Sales Intern (f/m/x).

This role puts you at the front line of our scaling efforts, where you will get hands-on exposure to the full sales motion, support outreach and pipeline development, and learn what it takes to sell complex software to industrial companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools and automation to support account research, personalize outreach, and help improve conversion across the sales funnel.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of product demos, helping translate technical functionality into clear customer value.
  • Work closely with the sales team on messaging and positioning, and contribute to objection handling based on real prospect conversations.
  • Get hands-on with cold calling: build outreach sequences and start opening conversations with potential customers.
  • Help maintain and improve our sales playbooks, CRM processes, and internal documentation to keep the team moving efficiently.

Your profile

  • Experience or strong interest in B2B sales, sales engineering, or business development in a technical environment.
  • You are commercially driven and curious: you want to understand the buyer's world deeply before you think about closing.
  • You are energised by the chase, relentless in your pursuit, and always find a way to keep the momentum going.
  • You see AI not as a shortcut but as leverage: you know how to use it to do better work, faster, and at greater scale.
  • Fluency in German & English (C1 level).
