Working Student Tech Transfer (f/m/d)

What to expect
- You support the transformation of pipeline tracking from Excel-based tools to a project management system, with a focus on tech transfer activities (e.g. technical package preparation, timelines, assessments).
- You set up and maintain projects in the PM system by creating pre-evaluation projects, maintaining charters, journals, resources and financial data, and ensuring data quality.
- You maintain and structure the relevant SharePoint areas and ensure that all content is up to date and clearly organized.
- You support project initialization and TechPack preparation by requesting required documentation from internal stakeholders and following up to ensure timely availability.
- You monitor project timelines with regard to internal KPI requirements and check for deviations.
- You support project reporting by connecting, updating and consolidating data into the monthly dashboard.
- You are enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business or a related field.
- You work in a very structured and organized way and pay close attention to data quality and detail.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- You are interested in project management, digital tools and pharmaceutical processes.
- You work reliably, proactively and independently.
- You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and proactively follow up on open points.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
