Location: Berlin, Germany

Are you interested in consumer electronics products? Are you currently studying in Berlin and looking for a working student role in sales and marketing operations? If your answer is yes, read further and submit your application in English as soon as possible!

The Working Student will support the Retail Activation team in monitoring and improving merchandising and training activities for SONY’s products in retailer stores (TV, photo cameras, and audio products). Additionally, the role includes supporting the monitoring and analysis of sales performance of SONY sales promoters across major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of the performance of SONY’s regional sales team, promoters and merchandisers in their sales, merchandising and training tasks based on internal guidelines provided by the customer marketing, product marketing and sales teams.
  • Setting up of surveys and Excel based dashboards allowing an efficient tracking and improvement process of our in-store activities.
  • Technical support to SONY’s regional sales team, promoters and merchandisers on operational issues.
  • Preparation of presentation material for store visits by SONY management in coordination with the regional sales, product marketing and customer marketing teams.

You will bring

  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Some knowledge in database management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ongoing university studies with the possibility to work as a student for about a year
