Key Responsibilities
- Project & Workstream Support
- Support one or more transformation workstreams
- Break down complex topics into structured work packages
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Analysis & Problem Solving
- Perform data-driven analyses
- Prepare hypotheses, insights, and decision-ready materials
- Support business cases, KPI definitions, baseline & impact tracking
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Collaborate with project leads, functional experts, and country teams
- Prepare and consolidate inputs for steering committees and management reviews
- Document outcomes, actions, and follow-ups
- Documentation & Enablement
- Create clear, structured PowerPoint and Excel deliverables
- Support development of playbooks, guidelines, SOPs, or rollout materials
- Ensure knowledge transfer at project milestones
Expected Deliverables
- Structured problem statement & target picture
- Management-ready slides

- Clear written and verbal communication
