Working Student in Group Client Relations and Admin Solutions (m|f|d)

MEAG is part of Munich Re Group and one of the world's foremost asset managers. To support our team in munich, we are looking for a working student (m|f|d) at our Munich location as soon as possible, where your on‑site presence will be required.

Shape the future with us:

• Support the design and implementation of a project portfolio reporting framework, including the definition of KPIs, development of reporting templates, and maintenance of the underlying Excel-based data model and management dashboard
• Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of transformation initiatives, including project reporting, milestone monitoring, and preparation of management updates
• Conduct analyses and develop business cases related to process optimization, organizational effectiveness, AI adoption, and operational efficiency opportunities
• Prepare presentations, decision papers, workshop materials, and communication content for senior management and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Advanced studies (Bachelor’s degree in later semesters or Master’s) in Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare management-ready presentations, analyses, and project reports
• Interest in business transformation, project portfolio management, process optimization, digitalization, and AI-driven innovation
• Self-driven, reliable, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English(C1)
