A Snapshot of Your Day

As a working student, you will support commercial and sales processes and act at the interface between technical product integration and customer negotiations. To meet these requirements, the position focuses on two core areas of responsibility: supporting the technical sales process through the creation and preparation of technical documentation and data, and providing administrative and organizational support to the team.

This structure ensures that the working student makes a direct contribution to the team’s operational efficiency and the achievement of key deliverables.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Preparation and compilation of technical documentation, presentations, and data sheets for sales negotiations
  • Support of customer inquiry analysis and technical requirement evaluation under guidance of senior engineers
  • Maintenance and updating of internal databases and tools for tracking technical configurations and project data
  • Support for the implementation and use of AI solutions in daily team tasks
  • Provision of administrative and organizational support, including meeting coordination and correspondence management
  • Organization, management, and basic reporting of technical and project-related data and documents within team systems


What You Bring

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Entry-level student status with no prior professional experience required
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles, data analysis, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, communication abilities, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
