A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in Erlangen, you will support the Demand Manager and contribute to the digital transformation of our Finance organization. This position offers an excellent entry point into Finance Digitalization, Data & Analytics, Business Transformation and AI-driven solution delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and digital experts across Siemens Energy.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support in the intake, documentation, qualification, categorization, and prioritization of digitalization demands and business requirements
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the demand backlog and project pipeline
- Support in stakeholder communication, follow-up activities, and demand management governance
- Preparation of management presentations, reports, decision materials, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Support in AI-based demand classification and prioritization as well as research and analysis of digitalization, data, BI, and AI topics
- Preparation, moderation, and documentation of workshops as well as maintenance of demand management processes, templates, and standards
What You Bring
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital transformation, process management, and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical, structured, and independent working approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Ideally, initial experience with Power BI, data analytics, automation, or AI tools as well as very good English and beneficial German language skills
