Grundvoraussetzung für eine Werkstudierenden-Stelle bei Schaeffler ist der Nachweis einer Immatrikulation während der Tätigkeit. Diese Stelle ist ab sofort zu besetzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Projekte im HR-Umfeld
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Organisation und Gestaltung globaler HR-Veranstaltungen
- Aufbereitung interner Kommunikationsmaterialien für unterschiedliche Stakeholder-Gruppen
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Präsentationen sowie strukturierter Auswertungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Sonderprojekten inklusive administrativer Begleitung
- Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft und bei operativen Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium, vorzugsweise in einem kaufmännischen, psychologischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer Personalabteilung sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Organisationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
