The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position must be filled as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR Digitalization projects within Region Europe
- Contribute to team projects by compiling data, creating presentations and conducting local HR colleagues within Europe
- Support with data management, particularly regarding data maintenance and data quality verification
- Assist with reporting activities, especially with the preparation of HR Data Analysis
- Prepare communication materials for digital HR topics
- Support in conception and conduction of internal HR training sessions for our HR Europe colleagues
- Assist with general daily administrative tasks to support the whole team in the day-to-day business
- Study in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Science or similar Interest in HR digitalization
- Interest in HR digitalization, project work, and data management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a high willingness to learn
