Internship - HR Digitalization Europe (d/f/m)

The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position must be filled as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HR Digitalization projects within Region Europe
• Contribute to team projects by compiling data, creating presentations and conducting local HR colleagues within Europe
• Support with data management, particularly regarding data maintenance and data quality verification
• Assist with reporting activities, especially with the preparation of HR Data Analysis
• Prepare communication materials for digital HR topics
• Support in conception and conduction of internal HR training sessions for our HR Europe colleagues
• Assist with general daily administrative tasks to support the whole team in the day-to-day business
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Study in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Science or similar Interest in HR digitalization
• Interest in HR digitalization, project work, and data management
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a high willingness to learn
